All that is complemented with training in facial cosmetics which will add the final tuning for those reconstructive procedures. The fellow will be on-call for the cases operated by the fellow. The fellow will participate in the tumor board for all the head and neck oncologic case, in addition to the Craniomaxillofacial Board at Jackson South Hospital. Fellows are expected to be involved, not only in the surgical treatment of these patients, but also in the daily and long-term management of these patients. The Fellow will be required to complete a research project suitable for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Presentations at national meetings are encouraged.
