Required Application Materials: Online application (from website), CV, letter of intent, 3 letters of recommendation

Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must complete an accredited US oral surgery residency and be eligible for a MO dental license.

Summary of Program: This is a one-year fellowship focused primarily on craniomaxillofacial trauma and TMJ surgery.  Fellows also get significant exposure to orthognathics, pathology, implantology and cosmetic surgery.  The fellowship is run out of Mercy Medical center in Saint Louis, which is a level 1 trauma center.  In addition to working with the 4 attending OMF surgeons at OFSI, fellows also have the opportunity to work with a few other OMF surgeons in the community, oculoplastic surgeons, and facial cosmetic surgeons.
